Algonquin and Psalm 104

We're back from the Lucknow CRC's second annual canoe trip to Algonquin Park (only 6 of us this year). While no one likes rain on their vacation, the unsettled weather provided for some spectacular sunsets. In the morning the mist rose from the lake in silent, holy, splendour. "O Lord my God, you are very great... He makes springs pour water into the ravines; it flows between the mountains." Psalm 104 says that God covers the earth "with the deep as with a garment." We saw that garment last week: "May the glory of the Lord endure forever."
