They may have had only one shot - the Chilean miners saw that drill bit emerge into their chamber and they attached three things to that bit: a splash of red paint, a note saying "we are well in the refuge the 33," and a love letter from one of the miners to his wife. Desperate times call for quick action, and usually we know what that action looks like. Jesus told his listeners that they should interpret the times, and act accordingly. We too, need to recognize that we have only one shot; the judgment will come and we should be communicating with God right now, that we need him to save us. Join us this Sunday, Oct 17 at 10:00 a.m.
